Every Folio is reviewed by our team before it goes live. For each brief we assess candidates against the brief and confirm availability, rate and location. Signature Search candidates are also interviewed by us.

Those platforms are built for volume. Wildrness is only experienced off-screen professionals, each one reviewed, and we match on how people work as well as what they've done.

We work to your deadlines. It depends on how complex the brief is and whether we need to advertise the role externally, but shortlists usually take a week to ten days.

Yes. Every shortlist includes contact details, so you can book directly.

Fees depend on the service and the role. We'll talk you through them on a call and confirm everything in writing before any work starts.

Hiring editors is hard because the usual tools don't tell you enough.

• CVs: they're hard to read, and they don't show someone's personality or how they are to work with.
• Portfolios: there's no standard format, so every one looks different and it's hard to compare one editor with the next.

A CV that applicant tracking systems (ATS) can read accurately. Many employers use this software to sort applications before a person sees them, so a clean layout, standard headings and the language of the job description help your experience get found.

It gives you a strong first draft. We'd always suggest reading it through and refining the DOCX file, so it reflects you and the role. If you'd like a second opinion, Supported adds one-to-one expert feedback.

Once you've sent us your latest CV and the role you're applying for, we'll review them and set up Folio Pro, usually within one working day. We'll WhatsApp you when it's ready.

Supported and Showcase include two weeks of support: two 20-minute calls with a CV and career specialist, one each week, and email support in between. It has a clear scope, so it isn't open-ended coaching.
