Video Producer

Persephonica is looking for a freelance Video Producer for a brand-new entertainment podcast for a Gen Z audience, fronted by major talent. The show is fully visualised, with video central to how it is experienced and shared. Working with the Executive Producer, Social Media Lead and Studio Lead, you'll develop episode ideas, research and book guests, prepare briefs, produce studio and remote recordings, and oversee each episode from pre-production through edit to delivery. You'll also help build the show's audience and wider brand. You'll need significant experience producing successful podcasts, YouTube shows or entertainment content, confidence editing in Adobe Premiere and Audition, experience working with high-profile talent and their representatives, and strong editorial instincts for a Gen Z audience. Based in London, working from the office and studio as needed, and available around a Wednesday to Saturday recording and delivery schedule. You must have the right to work full-time in the UK.
