1. Who we are
Wildrness is the trading name of Wilderness Apps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16118928), with its correspondence address at 7 Leamington Villas, Longhurst Road, London, SE13 5LY.
2. Our services
Filtered shortlist (£250), Refined shortlist (£850) and Signature Search (£3,000 for three candidates, then £500 for each extra candidate, up to six). What each service includes is set out on its page.
Fees are flat. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. No further fee is charged if you hire someone from your shortlist.
3. Payment
Filtered and Refined shortlists are paid by card after you submit your brief. Signature Search is paid after your briefing call, before we start the search. Payments are taken securely by Stripe.
4. What we do
We share or advertise your role, screen applicants against your brief and send you a shortlist report. We work to your deadline where we can. Shortlists usually arrive within a week to ten days of your role going live. The number of candidates is a guide and depends on the applications we receive.
5. What we don't promise
A shortlist is not a guarantee that you'll hire someone. The hiring decision, the contract and the terms you offer are yours.
6. Your part
Please give us an accurate brief for a genuine role. As the employer or hirer, you remain responsible for your own right-to-work checks and any other legal checks. Ours don't replace them.
7. Candidate information
Use the candidate details we send you only to recruit for this role. Don't share them with anyone else, and delete them when you're done. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Signature Search replacement guarantee
If none of the candidates on your Signature Search shortlist are suitable, tell us why and we'll provide one round of extra names, at no extra cost.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment. After that, work on your search has started and the fee isn't refundable.
10. Our liability
Our total liability to you for any brief is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
